Our Story

Founded in 1993, One World Theatre began as an educational outreach program aimed at promoting peace and unity through the sharing of music and art from around the globe. Evolving into a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in 1997, it opened its doors in 1999, showcasing world-class artists and providing vital arts education for underserved youth in Austin.
