About One Tail at a Time PDX

Founded in May 2015, One Tail at a Time PDX is a dedicated all-breed, no-kill, foster-based animal rescue located in Portland, Oregon. As a sister organization to the Chicago-based One Tail at a Time, OTAT PDX has successfully saved over 1800 dogs, 11 kittens, and even a pig. With a vast network of volunteers and veterinary partners, the organization focuses on rescuing at-risk dogs from overcrowded shelters, providing them with necessary medical attention and behavior support before finding them loving forever homes.
