Our Story

On With Life began as a dream of eight families dedicated to rebuilding lives shattered by brain injury. This passionate group established a post-acute program tailored to the unique needs of brain injury survivors. Today, On With Life has expanded to seven programs across multiple campuses, positively impacting over 4,000 individuals and their families.

Impact

Recognized as one of only two skilled inpatient rehabilitation programs globally accredited by CARF, On With Life serves both children and adults with brain injuries and strokes. With a remarkable 79% discharge rate to home, the organization has made a significant difference for individuals from 25 states and 15 countries.
