OnTrack Rogue Valley has been a beacon of hope in Southern Oregon for over five decades, dedicated to helping individuals and families overcome addiction. Since 1969, this nonprofit organization has provided personalized, holistic treatment for substance use disorders, ensuring that everyone has access to the support they need. In 2020, OnTrack became Southern Oregon’s only CARF accredited substance use treatment agency, and in 2023, it achieved ASAM Certification, further solidifying its commitment to excellence.

Making a Lasting Impact

In 2023 alone, OnTrack served 1,322 individuals through outpatient services and provided residential treatment to 192 adults. The organization prioritizes culturally responsive services, particularly for the Latino community, and is expanding its capacity to treat co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
