Initially serving Syracuse, New York, the organization has expanded its reach to nearly all of Central New York and collaborates with agencies in New York City to support students attending college in that region.

Since its inception, On Point for College has successfully assisted over 11,000 first-generation youth in gaining college admission, maintaining a higher persistence rate than the national average for low-income students.
