On Point Youth Development

Our Story

Founded in 1991, On Point is a youth development organization dedicated to serving over 10,000 middle and high school students across Hamilton and Bradley Counties. Based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, On Point's impactful programs have reached over 40 states and 13 countries, partnering with schools and communities to cultivate the strengths in youth.

Impact

Each year, On Point collaborates with an independent evaluator to ensure that students' needs are met. The results speak for themselves, with some cohorts in the Graduate On Point program achieving graduation rates as high as 97% for students who were previously at risk of not graduating.
