Our Story

On Angels' Wings, Inc. is dedicated to rescuing, providing veterinary care for, and finding forever homes for abused, abandoned, and neglected pets in Northern Illinois and beyond. Founded by Jeannette Hager and her daughter Emily, the organization aims to inspire future generations to embrace animal welfare through community education, particularly in local schools.

Our Impact

Each year, On Angels' Wings re-homes over 350 pets, with 70% coming from overcrowded shelters and 30% from local relinquishments. The organization ensures that rescued pets receive the veterinary care and loving environment they need until they find their forever homes.
