Our Story

Founded by three visionaries from the United Church of Christ, the Retirement Housing Foundation (RHF) began with a modest investment of $7,000. Today, it stands as one of the largest providers of affordable housing and services for older adults, low-income families, and persons with disabilities across 198 communities in 29 states, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
