The Old Greenwich-Riverside Community Center (OGRCC) was established in 1946 to provide recreational programs for teenagers during a time when such facilities were scarce due to war restrictions. What began as a small initiative by dedicated citizens has blossomed into a vibrant community hub, serving over 1,800 members with a diverse array of social, educational, and athletic programs.

Since its inception, OGRCC has grown from just 30 members to over 1,800 today, showcasing its vital role in enhancing community life through varied recreational, athletic, educational, and social programs.
