OKIE NEW HOPE ANIMAL RESCUE FOUNDATION

This corporation is organized exclusively for charitable purposes as defined in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The purposes of the Corporation include engaging in any lawful act or activity to provide assistance in the care, maintenance and adoption of dogs and other animals, but not limited to providing or making available food and temporary shelter, and, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
