OKAS, Inc. was founded by Angela Nicole Scruggs in loving memory of her son, Octavious “Tay” Kieonte’ Allen Swader. This organization embodies the values of Optimism, Kindness, Ambition, and Service, aiming to inspire youth to reach their full potential.
