In 2016, mayors from across Ohio united to form the Ohio Mayors Alliance, a bipartisan coalition aimed at amplifying their collective voice in advocacy efforts. This organization, representing the 30 largest cities in Ohio, works tirelessly to address the challenges posed by state budget cuts to local governments. In 2021, the Ohio Mayors Alliance Foundation was established to complement these efforts with non-partisan policy research.
