OHIO COALITION FOR ANIMALS

The specific purpose for which the Corporation is formed is to educate and to act in a charitable manner toward animals including the promotion of their well-being facilitation of the provision of shelter sustenance medical care and relief of suffering and to conduct activities consistent with such purposes the nonprofit corporation laws of the State of Ohio and Section 501c3 of the Code including for such purposes the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501c3 of the Code
