Our Story

Options for Community Living, Inc. was established in 1982 to address the urgent need for housing for individuals with serious mental illness. Over the years, the organization has expanded its services to include supportive housing and case management for those living with HIV/AIDS and other chronic health conditions.

Impact

Serving over 2,000 adults and children annually, Options manages more than 160 residential properties across Long Island, ensuring a continuum of supportive housing opportunities and care coordination services.
