Founded in 2012 by Kristy Jackson, Oaks and Spokes is dedicated to advocating for better facilities and policies for safe bicycling in Raleigh, North Carolina. Since becoming a nonprofit in 2016, the organization has expanded its efforts to include community events and infrastructure improvements.
