Our Story

Since 2010, Oakland Pride has been dedicated to educating the greater Bay Area and promoting equality, social justice, civic involvement, and responsibility within Oakland and neighboring communities. The organization aims to provide an equitable platform, safe spaces, and events for the entire Oakland community, celebrating Oakland’s rich and diverse queer community and supporting BIPOC businesses and non-profits.
