Our Story

NYC Autism Charter Schools began as a vision of two dedicated mothers who faced the challenges of finding suitable educational options for their children with autism. In 2005, this vision became a reality with the opening of the first school in East Harlem, providing a high-quality, no-cost education to students. The Bronx location followed in 2017, expanding access to more families across New York City.
