Our Story
Founded in the Fall of 2005, Nu Rho Sigma Fine Arts Fraternity began as a vision of 12 young men and one exceptional young lady. Initially conceived as a band group, the fraternity evolved into a Greek-letter organization dedicated to honoring the contributions of Black artists in the fine arts. Inspired by the rich cultural heritage of indigenous aboriginal Niiji groups and the historical significance of the Negro Philharmonic Society, Nu Rho Sigma aims to foster brotherhood and cultural enrichment within the Black community.
