Over the years, the project has expanded from 30 apartments on Olive Avenue to a total of 126 apartments across three locations, including 56 on Seventh Street and 40 on Pinheiro Circle. Managed by a dedicated volunteer board, Nova-Ro continues to thrive as a nurturing community for seniors.
