NoToDogMeat was founded by Julia de Cadenet, a passionate activist lawyer who witnessed the horrors of live meat markets in China in 2009. Since its inception in April 2013, this organization has mobilized a dedicated group of volunteers who share a love for dogs and cats, advocating for their rights and welfare.
