Founded in 2013 by Reverend Que English, Not On My Watch (NOMW) is a dedicated 501c3 nonprofit organization committed to strengthening collaborations and building strategic partnerships to address the urgent needs of at-risk and trafficked victims. Over the years, NOMW has evolved into a powerful community advocacy organization focused on combating human trafficking and domestic violence through preventive programs that emphasize education, training, and community engagement.

Impact and Achievements

With a mission to empower communities, NOMW has successfully equipped over 450 houses of worship, organizations, and educational institutions with essential tools to fight against human trafficking and domestic violence. The organization has hosted national conferences attended by over 3,000 leaders and community members, providing vital education and training on these pressing issues. In 2021, NOMW launched Club Alternatives G.L.A.M., a program designed to empower young girls and females through preventive training and mentorship.
