Founded in 1985, Northwest Trail Alliance has evolved from PUMP (Portland United Mountain Pedalers) into a leading advocate for mountain biking access in the Pacific Northwest. The organization is dedicated to building and maintaining trails, offering educational programs, and fostering a vibrant community of mountain bikers.
