Our Story
Northwest Neighborhoods Community Development Corporation was established in 2021 through a merger of Cudell Improvement, Inc. and Detroit Shoreway Community Development Organization. This nonprofit organization is dedicated to providing affordable housing and community development services in the Cudell, Detroit Shoreway, and Edgewater neighborhoods of Cleveland, Ohio.
Our Impact
With over 350 units of affordable housing managed, Northwest Neighborhoods plays a crucial role in enhancing community well-being. The organization also offers home repair assistance and free tax preparation services for more than 750 households each year.
