Our Story
The NJ Hi-Railers Train Club, founded in the late 1990s, has transformed from a small group of 10 members to a vibrant community of about 70 train enthusiasts. Originally operating a modular 3-rail layout, the club moved to a renovated silk mill in Paterson, NJ, in 2002, significantly expanding its layout. Incorporated as a non-profit in 2004 and officially named NJ Hi-Railers in 2005, the club focuses on enhancing its layout while benefiting local charities through engaging shows.
