Our Story

The Northwest Citizens Patrol, established in 1982 by Dr. Tzvi (Rusty) White, stands as the longest-running community patrol organization in the United States. With a dedicated team of over 350 volunteers, the NWCP plays a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of residents in Upper Northwest Baltimore. The organization has built strong relationships with local law enforcement, including the Baltimore City and Baltimore County Police Departments, fostering a collaborative approach to community safety.
