The Northern Piedmont Community Foundation began in December 2000, founded by nine dedicated citizens seeking solutions to charitable needs in Culpeper, Fauquier, Madison, and Rappahannock counties. Over the years, NPCF has grown its funds to over $39 million, making a significant impact on local charities and community initiatives.
