Our Story

Northeast Youth & Family Services was established in 1976 by a coalition of concerned citizens who recognized a critical gap in services for youth in the community. This nonprofit organization has become a vital resource for mental health and juvenile diversion programming, focusing on the whole child within their family and community context.

Impact

In Fiscal Year 2023-2024, NYFS served 895 clients and provided 24,083 client sessions, including over $54,000 in services for those unable to pay. This impact highlights the essential role NYFS plays in the community.
