Northeast Ohio Adoption Services (NOAS) has been a beacon of hope since 1978, specializing in the adoption of children, particularly those with special needs. Over the years, NOAS has expanded its mission to include foster care and innovative programs that connect children in the foster care system with permanent families.

Impact

With a commitment to serving all families without discrimination, NOAS has successfully referred over 1,300 children to their forever families. Currently, nearly 4,000 children in Ohio benefit from NOAS's support and programs, including trauma-informed care initiatives.
