North Shore Community Development Coalition Inc is dedicated to investing in neighborhoods to foster thriving communities. With a vision of a North Shore where every neighborhood offers choice and opportunity, this organization focuses on enhancing the quality of life for residents in low-income and distressed areas. Through initiatives in affordable housing, economic and youth development, community engagement, small business assistance, and public art, North Shore CDC serves over 1,000 individuals in more than 450 affordable apartments and impacts over 3,000 individuals through various programs.

Making a Lasting Impact

With over 80 large-scale murals installed in Salem and Gloucester, and a rotating annual themed exhibition on Peabody Street in Salem, North Shore CDC highlights local artists and enriches the community's cultural landscape.
