Our Story
The North-Missoula Community Development Corporation (NMCDC) is a community-based nonprofit organization dedicated to serving the Northside, Westside, and Heart of Missoula communities. Established in 1996, NMCDC has been a neighborhood-led organization focused on creating affordable housing and advocating for community needs.
Our Impact
Since its inception, NMCDC has developed four Community Land Trust communities, providing over 110 families with permanently affordable homeownership opportunities. The organization also established Montana's first limited-equity housing cooperative, ensuring long-term affordability through community ownership.
