Our Story

Since 1971, NEW Health has been a cornerstone of health and wellness in Boston’s North End and Waterfront neighborhoods. In response to the growing need for affordable healthcare, a satellite location was opened in Charlestown in 2016. As a federally qualified health center and an affiliate of Massachusetts General Hospital and Boston Medical Center, NEW Health delivers world-class healthcare services to the diverse populations of these communities.
