North East Housing Initiative is a dedicated community land trust focused on creating permanently affordable shared equity housing in North East Baltimore. Originating from St. Anthony's Community Advocacy committee, NEHI aims to revitalize vacant properties into homes for low-income residents.
NEHI has successfully educated state and city legislators on the benefits of community land trusts and initiated the city-wide 20/20 campaign to finance affordable housing.
