Founded in 1971 by a dedicated group of volunteers led by Dr. George Sturtz, North Country Family Health Center began as a clinic for children. Over the years, it has transformed into a Federally Qualified Community Health Center, expanding its services to include adults and a wide range of healthcare needs.
NoCo serves nearly 16,000 individuals annually through its Medical, Behavioral Health, and Dental Programs across multiple community and school-based locations. The WIC Program supports over 4,000 women, infants, and children each month, ensuring vital nutrition and health services.
