Our Story

Founded in 1992 through a community initiative, the Community Healthcare Center was established to serve the medically underserved residents of Wichita County and surrounding areas. Since opening its doors in 1994, the Center has grown from a small modular building to a state-of-the-art facility spanning over 44,000 square feet. Today, it serves over 30,000 patients annually, offering a comprehensive range of services including family medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics, women's health, behavioral health, and family dentistry.
