Founded in 1973 by Pastor Huang Cunwang and dedicated members in the Twin Cities, the North Central Chinese Christian Winter Conference (NCCCWC) has been a beacon of hope and spiritual growth. Initially focused on winter conferences, the organization has expanded its mission to support Christian outreach and training across the Midwest, officially becoming a nonprofit in 1987 and adopting the name '聯宣' in 1992.
