Since its inception in 1970, North Area Volunteer Ambulance Corps Inc (NAVAC) has been dedicated to serving the North Syracuse community. Starting from humble beginnings in the basement of the North Syracuse Police Station, NAVAC has grown from responding to 500 calls a year with just 15 volunteers to over 6,500 calls annually. Our highly skilled staff and volunteers are equipped with advanced tools to deliver exceptional out-of-hospital emergency medical care.
