Our Story
On November 25, 2018, Nora Rose-Hines tragically lost her life in a preventable traffic collision. At just 19, she was committed to making streets safer for children in Los Angeles through her work with Safe Moves and her volunteer efforts in Guatemala. Nora's passion for helping others and her love for wild mustangs at Return to Freedom showcased her dedication to improving lives. The Nora Rose-Hines Foundation continues her legacy by focusing on reducing traffic-related injuries and deaths through education and public awareness.
