Our Story

Since 1973, Cascap, Inc. has been dedicated to providing secure, affordable, and dignified housing for the disadvantaged members of the Greater Boston community. Initially established to support adults facing mental health challenges, Cascap merged with ECHO in 1985 to broaden its mission to include affordable housing for low-income frail elders. Today, Cascap is a respected nonprofit organization, recognized for its expertise in developing and managing quality housing and delivering supportive services for elderly, low-income, and disabled adults.

Impact

Cascap operates over 220 housing units across 33 locations in the Metro-Boston area, ensuring that all services are provided in a non-discriminatory manner that respects each individual's unique characteristics.
