Our Story

CrescentCare, rooted in over 40 years of impactful service through the NO/AIDS Task Force, is dedicated to uniting caregivers and the community in health and wellness. As a Federally Qualified Health Center since 2014, CrescentCare offers a comprehensive range of healthcare services to all individuals in Greater New Orleans and Southeastern Louisiana. The mission is to foster a community without barriers to care, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to be healthy and whole.

Impact

With a commitment to inclusivity and dignity, CrescentCare has expanded its services to include dental care, pediatrics, and psychiatric support, alongside primary medical and behavioral health services. This growth addresses systemic issues such as racism, homophobia, and misogyny, ensuring vulnerable populations receive the care they deserve.
