Our Story

The Nisei Student Relocation Commemorative Fund was founded in 1980 by second-generation Japanese Americans in New England. This organization honors the National Japanese American Student Relocation Council, which provided vital support during World War II. The NSRCF is dedicated to providing scholarships to underserved communities, particularly Southeast Asian students, while promoting awareness of the injustices faced by Japanese Americans during the war.

Our Impact

Since its inception, the NSRCF has awarded scholarships to numerous high school seniors from underserved communities, facilitating their access to higher education.
