Our Story
The Nicole Ellis Foundation was established in memory of Nicole Shawnte’ Ellis, affectionately known as Nikki. A passionate individual with dreams of becoming a Sports Attorney, Nikki's life was tragically cut short by Budd-Chari Syndrome, a rare liver condition. In her honor, her family created The Nicole Ellis Scholarship Fund at Marquette University to assist students in need and raise awareness about liver disease.
