Nicks Differently Awesome Outreach exists to enhance the lives of adults with developmental disabilities through training and by providing safe and accommodating employment. Having a job gives people a sense of dignity, purpose, belonging, and acceptance. Furthermore, customers will be inspired and positively changed by their interactions with these workers.
