Every child deserves a strong start to life, regardless of their circumstances. Next Door Foundation Inc is dedicated to ensuring that under-resourced children in Milwaukee receive high-quality, personalized early childhood education. Serving nearly 1,400 children annually from birth to five years old, Next Door operates two center-based sites, a home visitation program, and 11 partnership sites throughout Milwaukee County.

Next Door focuses on preparing children for school by providing academic and social-emotional learning, along with essential support services such as behavioral, disability, and mental health assistance, as well as medical and dental care—all at no cost to families. Additionally, family advocates are available to assist parents with community resources related to housing, employment, and food security. Expectant mothers also benefit from our home-based prenatal services program.
