Founded in 2001, New Leaders is dedicated to redefining the role of school principals and building the capacity of diverse, equity-minded leaders. With a commitment to the success of every child, New Leaders has developed over 8,000 leaders impacting 2 million students across more than 45 cities in the U.S.
