Our Story

Founded by Carolina Lizarraga and Roque García, New Land Theatricals began its journey in Venezuela with a theatrical project focused on cultural mestizaje. The organization gained recognition with its first show, 'Venezuela Viva', at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in 2005. After gaining experience in New York's commercial theater, the founders relocated to Miami in 2019 to refound the organization, emphasizing cultural diversity and inclusion through the performing arts.

Impact

Since 2019, New Land Theatricals has raised over $1 million, impacting more than 30,000 children through educational programs and performances that promote cultural diversity and inclusion.
