Founded in 2012 by Subashini Ganesan, New Expressive Works engages audiences with the creative power of multi-cultural, multi-genre, and multi-disciplinary performing artists. Located in Portland, N.E.W. provides critical studio space for artistic research, education, and public performances.

Impact

Every year, over 200 multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary performing artists and more than 7,500 members of the public benefit from N.E.W.'s diverse programs, fostering cross-cultural dialogue and artistic collaboration.
