Our Story

Founded in 1972 by the Wesleyan Service Guide, New Entra Casa began with a vision to support women transitioning from prison. With an anonymous donation, a house was rented, and the doors opened to provide a safe haven for these women. Over the years, the organization has evolved, becoming incorporated in 1981 and now operates a 6-bed facility dedicated to assisting women involved with Child Welfare Services.

Our Impact

New Entra Casa is dedicated to helping women recover from substance abuse and mental health disorders through trauma-informed care, fostering healing of mind, spirit, and body.
