Our Story

In the late 1960s, a group of dedicated parents sought to create a better life for their adult children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. They founded New England Village in 1966, and by 1972, their vision became a reality as the first residents moved into their new homes. Today, New England Village continues to provide a nurturing community for over 150 individuals, including those with autism, Down syndrome, and sensory disabilities.
