New England Residential Services

Our Story

New England Residential Services Inc. began its journey in 1987 with a commitment to the Department of Developmental Services, welcoming individuals who had been living in institutions across Connecticut. The first two group homes opened in the fall of 1987, and by spring 1989, four additional homes were established. Today, New England Residential Services operates eleven group homes, providing essential support to over 40 adults. The organization collaborates closely with vocational and day programs to enhance community integration.
