Founded in 2004 by Dr. Harry Grammer, New Earth Organization is dedicated to reforming the juvenile justice system in Los Angeles County. The organization empowers at-promise youth aged 13-25 and their families through mentor-based arts, educational, and vocational programs.

New Earth has successfully supported over 300 young people weekly, achieving remarkable outcomes: 93% remain free from re-incarceration, 95% secure stable housing, and 87% graduate high school.
